Returns & Refunds

Returns are only allowed when the art piece is delivered broken and for repair purposes. But we must receive notification of damaged item 12 hrs after it has been delivered, you need to send us an email with the detailed photos of the box and the art piece that resulted damaged as part of the transit manipulation.

 

In the event an item you ordered arrives damaged during shipping, notify us within 48 hours of receiving your package. We will need to file a claim with the postal service before we can process a refund or return for repair.

 

During this time it will be important to hold on to the original packaging material. The shipping company may ask to see it. Once they determine that the damage occurred in transit, we will issue a complete refund.

 

The original shipping cost will not be refunded and the customer is responsible to pay for return shipping.
